George Glasgow was born in Ireland.
George was born 3 Jun 1878 at Killycurragh, County Tyrone. He is the son of James Glasgow and Hannah Ferguson. [1]
As of 1901 he lived in Shankill, Co. Antrim with his cousin Matilda. Shortly after that census date, Matilda's husband died; and she ended up moving to the United States.
Research Notes
There is a passenger log George Glasgow, Co. Tyrone to Brisbane, Australia arrived 25 May 1901 Jumna. This might be him -- brother Robert was living in Queensland already. [2]
No matching death record; the only George Glasgow death in Qld was father Samuel.
