Research Notes
It is presumed the Mary Glass who married Thomas Hedges was the Mary Glass baptised on 29 Feb 1743/1744 at Purton, Wiltshire, daughter of Harry.[3]
Which Harry Glass was her father is uncertain. From her date of baptism it seems most likely that her father was Harry Glass who married Jane Packer on 05 Feb 1742/1743, rather than the Harry Glass who married Joan Vines in 1717.
However, a Mary Glass, daughter of Henry, was also baptised in 1750 at Purton.
