Andrew married first by about 1855/56 to Lucy M. Toland of South Carolina. They resided in San Francisco in 1860 before removing to Los Angeles. Their children, all born in California, were: [1][2][3][4]

Lucien, b. Jun 1879, d. 01 Mar 1899
Lucy died in Aug 1879, two months after her son Lucien was born, and Andrew married second to Virgie Micou. Virgie died in 1895 and Andrew died 28 Jan 1901 in Los Angeles County, California.
He was a Los Angeles real estate attorney and investor. He may be best known as one of the founders of the city of Orange, California.
