Biography

This profile is part of the Labossiere Name Study.

Joseph Ferdinand Glaude was born Jan. 15, 1863 at St-Hyacinthe and he was baptized there the same day. He was the fifth child of eight and the second son of three for Michel Labossière and Esther Lussier. Joseph had five older half siblings from his father's first marriage, but one had already died as an infant and two more would die in the next few years. Sadly, Joseph also died young on Jan. 28, 1864 at only one year old. He was the second child of two in this family to die as an infant.
