Cecelia was born in 1918. She passed away in 2016.

Survivors include her children James Barr of Niles, Janet (Jack) Pumphrey of Canfield, June (Mike) Zamecnik of Hiram and Candy (Mike) Pollard of Ravenna; Brother Joseph Glavan of San Antonia, Texas; and grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Alva Barr,Jr. on March 16, 2007, and Brothers Al, Harry and Lewie Glavan.

Graveside committal held Monday, March 7, 2016 2:30 P.M. at Hillside Cemetery in Mantua Village, Ohio. Arrangements are by the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service in Mantua
