MR. DANIEL JOSEPH GLEESON. Mr. Daniel Joseph Gleeson, of "Wongarbell," 149 Hargreaves-street, Bendigo, died on September 20 fortified with the rites of Holy Church. The late Mr. Gleeson was the third son of the late Michael Gleeson, of White Hills, and was a native of Bendigo. He was employed for many years at the Bendigo Electric Supply Company, The funeral to the Bendigo Cemetery was largely attended. The burial service was read by the Rev. Fr. Semmens. Deceased leaves two daughters, Maisie (Mrs. J. P. McMahon, Geelong) and Kit (Bendigo)  ; also two brothers, Messrs. Michael (Melbourne) and Patrick (Bendigo), and five sisters, Johanna (Mrs. Murray, Melbourne), Mary (Mrs. Kinsella, Bendigo), Kit (Mrs. Webster, St. Arnaud), and Misses Nora and Maggie Gleeson, of Bendigo. His wife, Mrs. Johanna Gleeson, predeceased him by eleven years. Fizelle and Mulqueen carried out the funeral arrangements. R.I.P.

GLEESON—On September 20th, at his residence, "Wongarbell," 149 Hargrcaves-street, Bendigo, Daniel Joseph Gleeson, dearly beloved third son of the late Michael and Bridget Gleeson of White Hills. Dearly loved father of Maisie (Mrs. J. P. McMahon, Geelong) and Kit (Bendigo). Requiescat in pace.
