Samuel Godwin was a South Carolinian.
Samuel Godwin was born on October 28, 1870, in South Carolina. His parents were Mathew Godwin and Frances Allen.[1]
He married Sallie Morris in about 1892.[2] Together they had the following child:
Second, he married Sarah Morris sometime before 1920. [3]They had the following child:
He died from a stroke on November 21, 1932, in Mayesville, Sumter, South Carolina, United States.[4]He was buried in Pine Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery in Turbeville, South Carolina.[5]
