• ANDREW GOFF (1783 VA--1850 TX) is buried on the GOFF farm in/near Moscow, Polk Co. TX, along with many others. There is no visible signs of this cemetery existing.
• JENNET (WALKER) GOFF sold the farm & moved to Walker Co. TX. She is in the 1860 census of Walker Co. TX, living with her daughter & son-in-law. She died there & her burial place is unknown.
• I have the sale papers for her farm in Polk Co. TX. The birth & death dates for Andrew & Jennet were copied from a Bible of Martha Ann GOFF by Idell (Knox) Erlanson who died in 1911, at almost 100.
• Idell is the one who found the GOFF farm & burial place in the 1940's. The old gentleman who showed it to Idell said that every time they plowed or cut a tree, human bones came up in this one area.
