Biography

From Find-A-Grave: "Edward was the youngest son of Jedidiah Waldo & Martha Elizabeth McReynolds Golden. His mother died when he was only a year old. His name can be found as living with his older sister and her family in two census records. First in Knox County, MO and then in Menomonie, WI.

Edward appears to have remained single, traveling around the county & working where he could. He worked as a teamster in California; a longshoreman in Washington; he worked on a ranger station, a government road project, and at a sawmill in Oregon; lastly on the W.P.A. in Missouri.

According to his death certificate, his remains were sent to the Anatomical Board in St. Louis. Though it has not been proven that he was laid to rest in Calvary, it is known that the board utilized this cemetery during this time period."
