Biography

Thomas Golder was a convict after the Third Fleet.

Thomas Golder, son of Thomas and Anne, was baptised 19 Oct 1800 at Wootton, St Martin, Kent, England. [1]

22 December 1830, Sentenced to 7 years of transportation for the crime of breaking a threshing machine. [2] [3]

On board convict vessel "Gilmore" arrived Launceston 22 March 1832 [4]

Marriage Register 1846 name listed as Thomas GOHLER. [5]

Thomas Golder passed away age 75 in 1880 [6] at Wayside Farm, Kangarilla [7] and was buried in Clarendon and Kangarilla General Cemetery. [8]
