Biography

John was baptised on 10 December 1817 in Trichinopoly, Madras, India. He was the son of John Goldie and Elizabeth Georgina Latter.^[1]

When John was 30 he married Sarah Margaret Hadow on 11 April 1848 in St Andrews, Clifton, Gloucester, England.

In 1871, they were living in Walcot Somerset with five children.^[2]

John died on an unknown date in Bath, Somerset, England.^[3]
