David was born in 1945. He was the son of Richard Good. He passed away in 1964.
I was told by our father (Richard b. 1923) that David had died in a shipboard accident while in the Navy. The story was that he'd fallen overboard while sleepwalking. I recently got a copy of his "Report of Casualty," and it says:
Died 3 Aug 1964 at Yokosuka, Japan; Result injuries sustaine din fall onto camel between USS Ozbourn and USS Theodore E. Chandler, berthed in Yokosuka, Japan.
The application for his headstone says it was shipped to Ashtabula, Ohio.
