Welcome back. We are so happy you decided to upgrade to the Family Member level.
Please visit our tutorial pages to learn how to use WikiTree: How To Use WikiTree. They will save you time, energy, and frustration as you add your family profiles.
Exploring the site is the best way to learn. One way to do that is to check out the drop-down menus on the top right side of your profile page. Finding a known ancestor and collaborating with the profile manager is another great way to start.
Questions? You can always use the G2G link in the Help Menu to find answers.
You mentioned that you are new to genealogy. No problem! We were all beginners at some point. Take your time, keep track of sources, and ask questions. Check here for tips.
Let me know if you have any questions. I'm here to help!
I've found the best way to research my family in WikiTree is to post what I know and connect to existing profiles when I find them.
If you have any brick walls, synergy might help bust through, as it has for me: Because WikiTree has only one profile for each person, the further back you go in your ancestry, the more likely cousins will find you and help out. And any Wiki Genealogist can edit "Open" profiles (over 200=open).
I appreciate that you "agree", but to ensure you are a living, breathing person (and not something called a spambot - they often just post the word "agree"), could you post a little bit about your genealogical journey please?
