-to granddaughters Catherine Fullington and Ann Fullington, land that husband Thomas Purnell devised to his daughter Ann Purnell. Also furnishings and a horse & sidesaddle to each. 10 head sheep, five head cattle. To granddaughter Elizabeth Fullington – 10 head sheep, 5 head cattle. Silver cups for the three granddaughters.
-to grandsons: John Fullington – 3 mares and one horse; Thomas Fullington – one riding horse and 2 mares; William Fullington – one horse, 2 mares, 5 head cattle, 8 head sheep
-to Walton Purnell & Catherine his wife – two bibles
-mentions children of Walton Purnell: Benjamin Purnell and Elizabeth Purnell
-manumission of enslaved man named Jack
-Executor: son in Law Walton Purnell
-Witnesses: Thos Robins, Ebenezer Evans, Cha. Rackliffe, Matthew Purnell
