Major was the son of Elihue Goodman and Fonnie Hurt. He was drafted in 1940. He had a son in 1945 out of wedlock in Richlands, Tazewell, VA with a Mildred Mullins. They named their son Major Junior Goodman. He was adopted by a family named the West's from War, WV and they changed his name. [As told to me by a.k.a. Major Junior Goodman who is trying to find his family through DNA matches.]

Hello. Major Goodman and I are 11th cousins. My great grandfather was a Goodman but not connected in that line.
You and I are 11th cousins descended from Thomas Paine. Not the author Thomas.
I enjoy finding relatives through Wikitree. Sometimes I am able to get connected to new lines.
