4 February 1922 To the Licensing Court of the Licensing District of Rockhampton, acting under "The Liquor Act of 1912." I MARY DOBSON, wife of Herbert Ernest Dobson, being the holder of a Licensed Victualler's License under the said Act for the premises known as THE KABRA HOTEL, and situated at Kabra, in the said District, hereby give notice I that I intend to apply, at the Next March Sittings of the said Court, to transfer the said License to EMILY PHYLLIS ABBOTT of Kabra, wife of Frederick Thomas Abbott. And I the said EMILY PHYLLIS ABBOTT, hereby give notice that it ls my intention to apply that such transfer may be granted me. I am married, having a husband and three children. I have not held a License before. Dated this thirty-first day of January, 1922 ^[3]
