"Elijah Goodrich (Jacob, John, William), born July 3, 1724; died Oct. 3, 1791 ; married, Aug. 20, 1752, Margaret Gillett; resided in Windsor, Conn., and Hancock, Mass."[1]

Apr 20, 1752 - Elijah Goodrich and Margeree Gillett married in Wintonbury Church[2]

13 Nov 1753 - Elijah Goodrich and Margeret his Wife - Renewed their covenant in Wintonbury Church[3][4]

1782 - Elijah Goodrich served as a Surveyor of Highways [5]

Both Elijah and son Jesse served in the Revolution. Jesse was about 16 yrs old when he entered the Army.
