Biography
Safrona was born in 1832. She was the daughter of Spencer Goodson and Abigail Phipps.
She married Robert Baldridge on 21 Feb 1850 in Bond county, Illinois.[1] Her father was listed as Spencer M. Goodson.[2] Robert was the brother of her father's second wife, Arcenath Baldridge. They were in her father's household in Bond county in 1850.[3]
Robert died or they separated before 1851. She married Asa M. Messenger on 19 Apr 1851 in Bond county, Illinois.[4]
Asa passed away in 1877. She married Samuel F. Shelton in 1878 in Christian county, Illinois.[5]
In 1900, she was widowed and living in Cherokee city in Sheridan township of Crawford county in Kansas.[6]
She passed away in 1918 in Pittsburg, Crawford county, Kansas.[7]
