Biography

Frances was born in 1905 in Norfolk, Virginia. She was the daughter of Edward Albert Goodwyn and Minnie Lee Shepperson.

When she was 21 she married Paul Beckwith Scott in Richmond, Virginia. Together they had one boy, one girl, and three grandchildren.

She passed away in 1990 in Colonial Heights, Virginia, and was buried in Blandford Cemetery in Petersburg, Virginia.
