Biography

Emily Elizabeth Gordon was born on the 24th September 1905, in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, the third child, and elder of the two daughters of Wallace Hamilton Gordon and Caroline McGinn.[1]

Emily married Thomas Joseph Jennings on the 24th June 1925, in Brisbane, Queensland.[2]

Emily Elizabeth Jennings née Gordon passed away on the 6th October 1981, in Queensland, Australia, 76th birthday.[3]

Emily was cremated and a memorial plaque placed in section 12, wall 3, at Albany Creek Memorial Park, where a second plaque also recognises her husband.[4]
