He was a farm laborer. Also included in the household are head Finis Gordon, wife Susan L Gordon, son James H Gordon, son Edmon W Gordon, son Cornelious Gordon, daughter Mittie A Gordon, daughter Minnie L Gordon, stepdaughter Olive E Simmons, stepdaughter Emma E Simmons, stepson Joseph L Simmons, stepdaughter Mollie V Simmons, stepson Aubry A Simmons and nephew William B Gordon as seen in an image of the original census.[2]

He was medium height and medium build with blue eyes and brown hair as seen in this image of the original form.[3]

Alford Wilson Gordon died September 11, 1938 in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas. He was married.[1]
