Stuart Wellington Gordon was born on November 13, 1905 in Galesburg, Knox, Illinois, U.S.A.
He was the son of Owen Clark Gordon Owen Gordon, and his wife, Leonora Jane Killip Leonora (Killip) Gordon.
He married Alyce Sophia Hawkinson. He died in 1961 at the age of 56 or 57, in Galesburg, Knox, Illinois. He was buried in Memorial Park, Galesburg, Illinois: (Section I, Memorial ID 158331760).
