B was born in 1879. She was the daughter of Edmund Moseley and Mary Moseley. She was raised by her grandparents John Wesley Gordon and Mary Ann Moseley. She passed away in 1951.
She appears on the 1880[1] census with her family in Montgomery County, Georgia. In 1900 she lived with her widowed mother, sister Estelle, and brother Lawton in Noth Starke, Bradford County, Florida[2].
She married F. W. Waters 16 January 1902 in Starke, Bradford County, Florida[3].
She married George Carroll 24 February 1910 in Montgomery County, Georgia[4][5].
