George was the son of John Gordon and Margaret Stewart[1][2] born circa 1514 in Gordon Castle, Bog of Gight, Banff and Morayshire, Scotland

He married Elizabeth, daughter of Robert Keith, Master of Marischal, on 27 March 1530[3] in Stonehaven, Kincardine, Scotland. They had issue:

George died from an apoplectic seizure at the end of the Battle of Corrichie on 22 Oct 1562 and was interred in the Gordon Vault, Cathedral Elgin, Moray, Scotland in Corrichie, Scotland and was buried at Elgin Cathedral, Elgin, Scotland in April 1566 .

Seaton-372 and Gordon-614 appear to represent the same person because: Dates of birth and death are within reason, spouse is the same. I suspect the LNAB of Seaton should actually be SETON, but Gordon is the better known LNAB of the two. I manage the Gordon and Seton Clans for the Scottish Clan Project on Wikitree.

Gordon-5370 and Gordon-614 are not ready to be merged because: These are the same person however Gordon-614 does not contain the son Patrick. Patrick should be kept. I have the proof that he is a son of George.
