Biography

Elizabeth was born about 1771. This is a date that appears in some unsourced Mustard family trees on Ancestry.com but Gordon family trees which include her do not seem to have a birth date for Elizabeth[1]and [2]

Elizabeth married James Mustard in about 1804. This is based on the birth year of their eldest child, 1805. There is a marriage date in unsourced Mustard family trees which has them marrying Aug. 9, 1801, which could be correct but a record is needed to support this. No place of marriage is recorded.

Elizabeth and James had 5 known children who survived to adulthood. Because of her early death, there are few records for Elizabeth. There is a story on the Mustards in the Markham Historical Society, Markham 1793-1900,1979,p. 77-79 which tells us that Elizabeth passed away in 1828 in Markham. [3]
