Anabella known as Anna Bella, or Anna, or Annabella was born in 1824 in York, Ontario, the daughter of Janette Mcpherson and Donald Gordon. She married William Mackay on January 16, 1852, in Middlesex, Ontario. They had children . She died on January 9, 1911, in Ontario having lived a long life of 87 years, and was buried in Thamesford, Ontario.
