Alexander Gordon 2nd Bt is a member of Clan Gordon.
Sir Alexander Gordon was a member of the aristocracy in British Isles.
Battle of Bothwell Bridge, escaped to Holland, sentenced to death, captured 1683, in prison Edinburgh Castle, Bass Rock and Blackness Castle.Released after 6 years.

His son Sir Thomas succeeded him 10 November 1726, which I assume was when he died.
