Arthur Gore was son of Paul Gore and his wife, Anne Gore. [1] His father died in 1689 so that when his grandfather, Arthur 1st Baronet Gore died 20 December 1697 young Arthur succeeded to the baronetcy. [2]

He married Elizabeth Annesley, daughter of Maurice Annesley who bore him 4 sons and 4 daughters. [1]

Arthur died 10 February 1742.[1]
