In 1881, Thomas is still living with his parents, John (b1826, Shevington) and Mary (b1831, West Auckland) Gore and 8 siblings, Robert (b1855, Gathurst), James (b1863, Gathurst), Ann (b1866, Gathurst), Peter (b1868, Gathurst), John (b1870, Gathurst), William (b1872, Gathurst), Jessie (b1874, Gathurst) and Mary (b1878, Gathurst).

The Marriage record shows that on 25 June 1887 at All Saints Ch, Wigan, Thomas Gore, a 26 yo Bachelor and Collier of Newark St, Woodhouse Lane married Hannah Westwood, a 28 yo Spister from Belle Vue Inn, Woodhouse Lane. The Groom's father, John Gore was a Collier as was the Bride's father, John Westwood. The witnesses were Peter Gore and Sarah Maycock (Film 1885699).

In 1901, Thomas Oakley a 9 year old nephew was living with Thomas and his family. No relationship is known.

In 1911, Hannah Westwood & her husband Thomas Gore acted as Foster Parents to Thomas Westwood Rin 7.

Thomas Gore died intestate and a copy of his estate and beneficiaries are in the Probate Registry notice on file. He was a foreman at the time of his death.
