Hannah was born in 1783. She was the daughter of Moses Gore.

She was baptised in St. Johns Anglican Church, Cornwallis Township, Kings Co., Nova Scotia, 28 Jun 1785, along with her sister Mercy.^[1]

She married 21 Jul 1802 in St. Johns Anglican Church, Cornwallis Township, Roland Morton.
