Biography
Jacob W. Gorgas was born about 1812 in Pennsylvania.[1]
He married Catharine Flick.[1]
He was a farmer when he and Catharine appeared on the census of 1 Oct. 1850 at District 29, Lee, Iowa.[2]
Jacob died on 22 March 1851. His memorial has a photo of a headstone and links to those of family members.[1]
