Hannah was born in Malthouse Farm Wittersham. Her christening date was 6 Nov 1818. In 1840 she married Edwin Mills in Hastings, Sussex. The 1841 Census shows the couple living at St Mary in the Castle, Sussex. Hannah was listed as a Milliner. Listed as a Dressmaker on passenger list for the Woodbridge which arrived in Sydney on 8 March 1842. The family lived in Sydney, moved for a short time to Adelaide then arrived in Amherst, Victoria. They later moved to St Arnaud in Victoria where Hannah died. She was buried on 7 Nov 1880.
