Newspaper clipping. Only surgeon named Daniel Gorman in Glasgow but according to records his wife was Margaret FITZSIMONS, not RUSSELL. She was also a midwife and other documentary evidence backs this up that Daniel and Margaret must be the parents of Hugh GORMAN born in Scotland in 1841, who then relocated after Daniel's death (1861 census where she is still a midwife and Hugh is a boot and shoemaker).
