Mary was born about 1847.^[1] She was the daughter of Peter Gorman and Catherine/Kate Maguire.

Mary enigrated to Australia in 1868 on the "Sulina", accompanied by her brother Bernard,^[2]

She married William Sleith in 1875.^[3]

She passed away in 1912. ^[4]
