Martin Gormley was born in New Jersey, USA in 1896.[1] In 1917, he registered for the draft. [2] His record indicates that he served his country as a Private in the "Gas Def Div Chem Warfare Serv."[3] At some point after 1920 and before 1940, he married Margaret I. It appears that they had no children.[4][5] He died in 1959 and is buried in Butler, New Jersey.[6][3]
