Biography
Edwin was born 28 June 1810, in Charlton, Worcester, Massachusetts, to George Brown Gorton (1788-1838) and Phoebe Dexter (1785-1859). [1]
On 16 March 1834, Edwin married Amey Whipple (Cooke) Gorton (1811-1882), in Mendon, Worcester, Massachusetts. [2]
Edwin Gorton passed away in 1897.
