Birth

Ann Francis Gosden was born on the 27 November 1814 in, England Hersham, Surrey[1]

Marriage

Ann Francis Gosden married Joseph Ingram on the 2 July 1837 in the Parish Church, Merton, Oxford,[2] They had three children

  1. Edward Joseph Ingram
  2. Emma Ingram
  3. Ellen Ingram

Death

Ann died in childbirth on the 2 October 1843. She died in Hersham, Surrey[3]

Burial

Gravestone Inscription Sacred to the memory of Mrs Ann Frances Ingram who departed this life in giving birth to an infant son on the 2nd of October 1843, aged 29 Hersham Baptisms and burials 1842-1854 fiche 1+ 1843, Oct 8th After the second service, buried in number 9 Ann Frances Ingram aged 29. Died in childbirth on Sunday evening last, after only a few hours illness. Watch and pray is the presented lesson to be learnt for such a situation. The formal ceremony attended many were much affected. Joseph Ingram seemed much supported

Copy of marriage certificate solemnized in the Parish of Merton in the County of Surrey in the year 1837.
Joseph Ingerham Bachelor of this Parish and Ann Frances Gosden spinster of this Parish were married in this Church by Banns this 2nd day of July 1837 By me E J Bond Parish Curate.

Note. the parson to have mispelt the groom's surname - Ingram / Ingerham because there is no doubt the name was always spelt Ingram because the writer holds his Indentures dated 1st Sep 1826 and he has spelt his name Ingram.
