Biography
Nancy was born about 1831. She was the daughter of Charles Goss and Mahala Smith.
In the 1840 U.S. Census the family lived in Slaughter's District, Harris County, Georgia. [1]
She married Walter D. Newman.
She passed away on October 19, 1902 in Lee County, Alabama. She is buried at the Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Opelika, Lee County, Alabama.[2]
