Biography

Frederick was baptised at Plymouth Charles on 28 Sep 1827, the youngest child of Philip and Mary Goss of Bilbury Street, Plymouth.

In the 1851 Census he is living with his widowed mother and older brother in Looe Street Plymouth. His occupation is printer's apprentice.

He married Elizabeth Allen in 1859 in Plymouth.

For the 1861 Census he is living in Looe Street Plymouth with his wife Elizabeth and young son Frederick. His occupation is printer compositor.
