John Goss, son of John Goss and Elizabeth, was born on 26 September 1840 in Spaniards Bay, Harbour Grace, Newfoundland.[1] He married Mary Ann Sacrey on 2 April 1869 in Tilt Cove, Tilt Cove, Newfoundland.[2]They had several children from about 1870 in Tilt Cove, Newfoundland.[3]
John Goss died (age 69) on 9 September 1899 in Tilt Cove, Newfoundland.[4] Cause: consumption. Birthplace: Spaniard's Cove.
