Biography
Elmire was born about 1892 in Canada. She is the daughter of Onesime Gosselin and Magalie Unknown. The family immigrated to the United States in 1900.
In 1910 Elmire lived with her parents and four siblings in Pembroke, New Hampshire. She worked as a spooler in a cotton mill.
