Biography

William was born in South Carolina to Pleasant Tollison Gossett and Elizabeth Steen in 1863.[1] He married Florence Mathot. After he passed away in Tallahassee, Florida, in 1920, he was buried in the Williamston Memorial Park in Williamston, Anderson County, South Carolina. [2]
