If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles.
Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.

Thanks for the message. To thank someone you just click on the link below their message that says Thank (name) for this. Or if you click on your changes tab you will see anyone that has interacted with you and you can thank them from there.
I'm not quiet sure what you mean when you say a whole list of names can't be seen when looking for duplicates. Is it because they are set to private? If you want to send me a few names I will check for you or message me with more details.
Remember you can always upload a gedcom just for matches you don't have to import it. It's a quick and easy way to check matches.
