no response to October comment , have detached from Thomas Gould-1625 since as referenced on his profile he had no surviving male heirs.

Is there any evidence that Ephraim is the son of Thomas Gould of Somerset . The sources I have found suggest that there was only one son and 4 daughters who inherited as their brother had died (see profile of father)
