Biography

Sarah Gould was born on 14 May 1710 in Amesbury, Essex County, Massachusetts. On 28 May 1730 Sarah, at age 20, married Daniel French, at age 21 in Salisbury, Essex County, Massachusetts. Sarah Gould died on Wednesday, 27 January 1773 in South Hampton, Rockingham County, New Hampshire, at age 62 years, 8 months and 13 days.

Sarah was the daughter of Samuel Gould and Sarah (Rowell) Gould.

The children of Daniel and Sarah Gould French were: Abigail, Sarah, Barzillai, Daniel, Gould, Elihu, Daniel, Sarah and Judith. The first five were all born in Salisbury Massachusetts, the other four were born in South Hampton, New Hampshire.
