Biography
Tobias was born about 2 Dec 1756 in Kittery, York, Massachusetts Bay Colony. He was the son of Joseph Gould and Ruth (Remick) Gould.
He married Rhoda Hammond on 7 Nov 1779.[1]
He died on 28 Feb 1815 in New Gloucester, Cumberland, Massachusetts.
