2. 38, THOMAS3 GOULD, second son of John2 ; b . 1666 February 14; married 1700 December 2 to Mary Yates, of Harwich. As second wife, he married 1728-1729 January 13 to Mary (b. 1693 October 26; d. 1763 May 8), widow of Joseph Stanley, and daughter of Timothy Dorman of Boxford. He died 1752 June 29.
“I know nothing peculiar to his character,” says Rev. Daniel Gould, “only that was a man very much set in his own way, which is peculiarly characteristic of the family.”
