Biography
William was born in 1903[1]. He was the son of William Gould and Johanna Backman.
In 1932, William married Gwendoline Ismay Julia, daughter of John Hull and Lilian Agatha Beatrice Maud Highfield[2]. After Gwen's death, William married secondly, Irene Evelyn, daughter of Richard Izard and Mary Evelyn Lawrence and widow of Thomas Carter Herbert Reynolds.[3]
He passed away in 1991 and was buried at Alexandra Cemetery, Alexandra, Victoria[4].
