Biography
Joseph Eugene Goulet was born at St-Thomas, Quebec on Jan. 24, 1884 and he was baptized the next day at nearby, Sainte-Elisabeth. He is a son of Israel Goulet and Lea Lafond.
Joseph Eugene Goulet married Regina Labossiere at Central Falls, RI on Feb. 22, 1905. [1] She was the 10th. child of 11 and the eighth of nine daughters of Joseph Labossière and Zoe Tetreault. Eugene Goulet and Regina Labossiere had five children, four girls and a boy, all born in Rhode Island from about 1906 to 1917.

In September of 1918, Eugene Goulet was required to register for the draft in World War I. [5] There is no record that he actually served.

Joseph Eugene Goulet died in Rhode Island on Feb. 21, 1920 at only 36 years old. [7] He was buried at Notre Dame Cemetery in Pawtucket.
