On September 10, 1907, Leonard Livingston GOWAN, son of Eugene GOWAN and Hilda Ethel INCE was born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.^{[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]}

On June 1, 1911, Leonard, his parents, Eugene and Hilda and his brother, Charles were residing at Cedar Cottage, South Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.^[1]
